About Lucerra
Matthew Muench founded Lucerra to help organizations maximize their impact.
Why This Work Matters
Over 15 years in leadership roles across philanthropy, government and nonprofits he has seen magic happen when the right people come together around the right idea, visionary leaders see a new path to delivering what people need, or an organization makes the right decisions about how to prioritize community impact and deliver their mission with excellence. His passion is to help more organizations be great at doing what they show up every day to do, and find their path to delivering the change that will create a country where more people are thriving, and nobody is forgotten.
